What We Do:
The team consists of ten associates including dispatchers, customer service, brokerage, order entry, and management staff operating six days per week and 20 hours per day. Our team manages the freight pick up and delivery process for Red Gold, Red Gold vendors, and preferred external customers. The operations team’s goal is to ensure every load is delivered safely, on time, and damage free.

Did You Know??
In the last year, RG Transport Operations Team:

• Directed over 39,000 truckloads of product to all RGT customers.
• Delivered over 12,000 truckloads of Red Gold product.
• Delivered 1,300 loads of toothpaste and cleaning supplies for Colgate-Palmolive.
• Delivered 1,200 loads of heater and air conditioners for Carrier Corporation.
• Transmit and receive over 175,000 messages to/from RGT drivers via satellite communications.
